Director of Operations

Upon moving to Chicago, Jeff’s passion for food and service was sparked as he joined the Management Training Program of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. With over a decade of experience, Jeff has honed his management skills in different positions. As the Event Coordinator at Bistrot Margot, he planned and facilitated numerous private events, from pharma, to weddings to complete buy outs. As the Beverage Director at Lawry’s The Prime Rib, he thoughtfully crafted a unique and progressive program and hosted a plethora of beer, spirits and wine dinners. While serving as the General Manager at Dusek’s Board & Beer Jeff’s deep appreciation for beer shone through in the elevated and envious list that he proudly maintained. Most recently, Jeff was part of the Steak 48 team before joining Stockton Restaurant & Lounge. Over the years, Jeff has had an active role in multiple restaurant openings with RM Champagne, SideDoor and most recently Stockton Restaurant and Lounge. Jeff’s drive and desire in the world of hospitality is to create a fun and memorable experience for others while raising the bar.
