Chef Gerardo Martinez is an innovative chef with nearly a dozen years of experience in the culinary industry. His background includes work at Chicago favorites such as Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba!, Mon Ami Gabi, Summer House Santa Monica and more recently, Maple & Ash.

Following his impressive tenure, Chef Martinez is primed to take on the role of Executive Chef at Stockton. Through his globally-inspired menu, Chef Martinez’ passion and creativity will be reflected in every dish.
